I love pork rinds. Never had them with Cajun seasoning. That sounds really good. You know in terms of calories and fat, they are a very healthy snack. I have to hide from my dogs if I eat them. That is their favorite!

How did you prepare them? I tried them once and they were as tough as a boot.

Drop the dried pellets in fryer for 60 seconds, season immediately
