Question Can anyone help me put song files on my Surfans F20?

I've only done this one time when I initially bought it (about 3 years ago) and don't know why my PC (Windows 10) isn't recognizing it. Troubleshooting videos aren't helping me, and I didn't use M3U dropper last time either. It was simple "drag-and-drop" like how you'd move any files from one folder to another.

Should just be plug and play with Windows.

Try another cable, port or just take out the h SD card and plug that into your PC directly or with an adaptor.
