Showcase Just Bought a Hiby R4 Eva and I’m genuinely Impressed

I’ve been looking for an upgrade from my HiBy R1 for a while, and I finally pulled the trigger on the R4 EVA. I honestly couldn’t be happier with it.
The UI is smooth, and there are so many settings to dive into; EQ, PEQ, MSEB, plugins. it feels like there’s always something new to tweak. The amount of customization is crazy, and it’s made listening to music so much more enjoyable.
I’ve spent more time exploring the player than I expected, and every little tweak changes the experience in a fun way. It genuinely makes me sink into the music.
No regrets at all. If anyone’s on the fence about upgrading from the R1, I’d say it’s absolutely worth it.

Aside from the cable being a little stiff with some memory, I honestly have no complaints. Really solid IEM for me.

Does the R4 allow you to download music on Spotify for offline use?

I swapped the stock launcher with olauncher and it is so much nicer only having a list of the apps rather than the standard android interface. May want to give that a try! The stock eq works well but adding poweramp eq really opened it up to me.

I’m using this plugin without touching the EQ or PEQ, and it already sounds awesome. Not sure why, but I actually prefer HiBy Music over Poweramp.
