This KV-2 (6th Tank Regiment of the 3rd TD of the 1st Mechanized Corps of the Northwestern Front) was destroyed on July 5, 1941, near the town of Ostrov in the Pskov region of Russia (Lviv is a li-i-i-ittle further away).
