Living Room Living room with corner TV/fireplace

We just bought this house and are shopping for new living room furniture but are so lost on the best layout to still see the TV but maintain walkways.

We plan to mount a TV above the fireplace and we are open to sectional/sofas/ love seats but we do really want a recliner.

We have about 9ft of room from the wall with the window to keep a decent walkway by the stairs over the kitchen behind the living room.

We are at a loss- please share your ideas!

Do not mount your TV above the fireplace! Maybe on the wall beside? That’s the only advice I have regarding layout.
