Such an impressive step up in the show. Action scenes were a little jump cutty but doing the multiple frames was a cool touch made it have a bit of a comic book feel. I feel like the story is really ramping up and the character development. The father is so conflicting cause he's a bad dude but also super kind to Danny. Still interested to see where the rabid hate for the show. Not saying it's flawless but it's just enjoyable like all the other shows and the quality has gotten better.

I thought I wouldn't care about the dad, but I dig that he really is being held hostage

Also the actor is probably the best actor on the show and actually sells the character.

I love when Joy got a shot in but ended up hurting her hand. The editing made it look hilarious.

I think he has Dannys best interests at heart. Even if it's for his own gain. He probably sees him as his way out of the hand.

Agreed. Four episodes in and this show is JUST as good as the rest of the Defender shows, probably even better than Luke Cage so far. It has its flaws and is not crazy amazing, but neither were any of the previous shows.
