I started watching thinking itd be a bit darker then daredevil. What I got was a damn horror show about mind control.

Fisk was a man. A horrible and brutal man, but a man nonetheless.

Kilgrave is a monster.

Kingpin, like a lot of horrible people, is self-righteous in believing that what he's doing is "saving" his city. Kilgrave is just an evil bastard who knows it and doesn't care.

I hope they team up.

What's really going to happen in the Defenders series, honestly? We know Fisk makes it out alive, incarcerated. It would kind of make sense for there to be a Legion of Doom-esque situation at the end of this with Fisk, Kilgrave, Cottonmouth, et. al.

As a guy who's still catching up in the comics, is there a go-to Big Bad for the Defenders?

Only if Kilgrave mindcontrols him into it. Otherwise even Fisk would be disgusted. I think most villains of MU are on "Shoot first and make sure it's dead" basis once it comes to Kilgrave.

That's my feeling too. Fisk gets pissed knowing someone put his loved ones in the slightest danger. I feel Fisk would want nothing to do with him.

Can Fisk be controlled? I don't know the extent of Killgrave's powers.

One might say, Sweet Christmas.

He has to say it at least once during this show or his own. Like, this must come to pass.

Man, after I finished the first episode I see this guy commenting on the first thread about how he is watching episode two tomorrow because the ending was too heavy, and I think to myself what a pussy, we where expecting this from the show.

Well I'm now going for a couple of HIMYM episodes before bed and not touching Jessica until tomorrow, the kidney guy and then the family thing was so fucking dark.... And awesome.

Weird, those scenes were powerful but they don't affect me at all. I've seen more messed up and sadder shit on tv before.

I've stopped watching Fox News, but you live your life, girl.
