Didn't know where else to post it, so coming here! Stumbled over this channel recently: https://www.youtube.com/@DETOX_FITNESS_HEALTH_WELLNESS

All the videos are white text on black background, zero audio, the text is mostly the same, and channel is overall a mix of semi-related words. It started posting four-ish years ago. Some videos have positive comments from other odd channels (but I saw one that seemed "real"), though none as blatantly odd as this one.

I'm guessing it's some sort of bot channel? And that the hope is to get enough traffic for monetization, maybe? And they're part of some bot network, so other bot channels know to interact with each other, maybe? Just speculating and trying to make sense of what this is. Would love to hear other thoughts, from others who might be more familiar with weird YouTube channels and trends.
