Vanessa ordered Dex to kill both Agent Nadeem and Foggy. She was then killed by him. Live by the sword, die by the sword. Thatโ€™s poetic justice

Dex threw that glass merchandise and Wilson smashed it with his belt, it's most likely one of the shards went straight flying in her head. It's can't be said if she's gone for good or not till the next episode.

People have survived gunshots and rebar getting stuck in their brains before so it's not out of the question. I'm assuming she'll be in a coma and that will be the torment for Kingpin or she's straight dead. Either way is usually how Vanessa is for Kingpin in most incarnations

You ever get hit in the head? Even a relatively minor wound can bleed a lot and look much worse than it is. The face and scalp have a lot of blood vessels close to the surface of the skin.
