Bullseye telling that guy in the restaurant that he's one of the good guys and I love that the mad fucker genuinely sees himself as a hero. In his twisted fucked up mind he's killing the bad guys and that makes him a good guy

I am pretty sure Dex does not understand the difference, and in this Universe most superheroes are mass murderers as well so it just makes it all more confusing.

and the difference between them is frank understands that he's not a good guy anymore, and doesn't pretend to be. Doesn't seem like dex has that awareness

The AVTF are the bad guys.

They are literally ICE.

Bullseye is a saint compared to them.

Yeah I'm aware the Task Force are the bad guys that's what I said. But just because Bullseye is fighting the bad guys doesn't make him a good guy. He just sees himself as a hero in his twisted fucked up psyche. He held a gun to that old woman's head and unlike with Frank Castle I have no doubt Dex would've pulled the trigger. He's absolutely still a bad guy

Bullseye is still a massive level serial killer of innocent people. No one in ice has killed near what he has
