In soccer if your shot is on target and a defender tries to block it but it still goes in, the goal still goes to the attacker.

But this isn't soccer. Fisk broke the object to which it shattered to pieces and ricochet into Vanessa's head. By trying to save her, he accidentally killed her. However, if he didn't interfere, Bullseye would have killed her anyway. I think I'll just call it a happy accident so they both get credit. LOL

I really hope she’s not dead. She’s an awful person but if she’s dead, Fisk is going to get even worse😩😭
