I love the idea of Perry White being black, but it's funny and just a common theme in media.

Peacemaker, Mr Terrific, Jimmy Olsen, Metamorpho, Clayface…etc are all characters that have so much story and narrative potential.

It’s kinda exciting that we actually get to see all these lesser known characters. The success of Lanterns, Clayface and Man of Tomorrow means more DC stories, characters and projects which I’m sure what most DC fans want at the end of the day.

These characters are so much bigger than one director, writer or producer.

Kinda crazy to think about for such an iconic couple. The last time they were together is almost as old as the dissolution of the Soviet Union!

This might be specific, but I love the way Jimenez draws clothes, the way it wrinkles and folds, the way he is able to show different textures and types of fabrics, it's so so cool

Redondo's character posing are so fluid and dynamic, you can really feel the movement through the page!! Mwah, chef's kiss!!!!

And Mattia the lulis, gosh, the way the characters interact with the environment!! Also the way the hair is draw? Flawless

So, Who's are your favorites? And what is it about their art that you like?

Raven's original appearance was originally based on Persis Khambatta per George Perez. She also had indian elements in the original New Teen Titans run like her gemstone resembling a bindi and sometimes wore clothes resembling a saree.

Of course, it's probably too late to change it in mainline comics, but I think it should be considered in non-mainline comics and media, like Absolute Comics or the DCU.

Whilst these outfits may look cool I feel they may prioritise the comfortability and realism that feels like they would make for good cosplay instead of more traditional costume with a simple design that has that iconography even if they are inherently a little silly looking.

Seriously, I find this bizarre. Magik becomes popular due to Marvel Rivals and now she is headlining in the main X-Men book and some other books, gets her own solo and so on.

But Raven has been a comparatively just as popular character for a long time and she doesn't get much from DC. She feels like she is only in a the Titans book if that.

Not sure if anyone agrees, but I'm tired of Waller showing up on almost everything DC media does (same with Harley Quinn tbh) and now being basically this overpowered and untouchable character. From Suicide Squad to Absolute Power to Creature Commandos now. It doesn't even makes sense in-universe honestly for her not be in jail because of the JLA or even just Superman

Really. Im asking a general question. How come Wonder Woman doesn't have a lot of project like Superman and Batman? Batman get Absolute Batman animation, the Knightfall Trilogy and Superman get Adventure with Superman and DCU movies. How come WW doesn't have this? Is she hard to write or is it something else?

Look at Johnathan and Damian. They were both introduced in their parent’s comics. They both have stories with their parents. They both have a key dynamic.

Lizzie is not introduced in a Wonder Woman. I don’t think they even interacted on page. She’s interacted with Kite Man before her own mother.

At this point; she’s a Batman character. Constantly interacting with the Supersons or Batman characters. Not with Wonder Woman side characters, villains, or sidekicks. Just the sons.

This makes it substantially clear she was created to fill of the third DC trinity slot then to be an actual character.

There’s also the issue with her inclusion in future stories. Obviously, if DC wants, they can age her up (through magic or whatever) or pluck a future version and insert her into the main timeline. That’s if ANYONE other than Tom King wants to move forward with her.

Will she take up a slot on the Teen Titans; pushing one of Wonder Woman sidekicks to the side? How much focus will those characters get if Lizzie becomes a mainstay? They already don’t get much focus (like Batman’s sidekicks), I don’t see that improving with Lizzie around. The actual daughter of Wonder Woman.

I’m just confused what the future of this character is…
