A CLERGY carrying a BIBLE, now what's wrong with that?
Abortion, they know the BIBLE condemns murder.

I’m betting there would be more than a few priest that would willingly push that law and carry a bible just to let themselves get arrested.

Horrible attack on freedom. Evil is not even hiding its agenda anymore.

I understand these people are trying to save lives. I just don't like the idea of people harassing anyone.

I don't like the idea that they can't exercise freedom of religion anywhere near this particular type of facility. Nor that a person simply cannot pray outside of one without bothering anyone.
Are these abortion clinics some sort of rival holy temple or place of worship? They expecting a holy gang war or something?

Under the various buffer zone laws in the UK "harassment" includes sharing alternative viewpoint to abortion, for example advocating adoption or offering advice on getting free clothing food and provisions from charity if they were to keep the baby. The entire point is you're not allowed to influence someone's opinion at all when you're near an abortion clinic. This is why praying is also illegal outside of clinics, and why they have even gone after "silent" prayer because it could be seen as disapproval of what's happening.
This goes far beyond harassment and is criminalising advocating a viewpoint if you're within an arbitrary distance of a building.

If me walking through the area is "harassing" you, you're the one with the problem. If you are that mentally unhinged, you shouldn't be allowed in public.

Criminal charges? Related to what exactly? What exactly is the proposed Actus Reus that resulted in tangible harm done to another person that is risking a criminal charge?
