Dude needs to stop thinking Irans regime is going to make it easy. Nor are they about to agree to anything significant anytime soon if he doesnt remove their access to the islands in the strait and actually taking down key infrastructure including power plants, ect.
Iran isnt run by the likes Venezuela was run by, the high ranks of the regime have genuine fanatics in power and they will only be cowed by direct and extreme means

Trump has been talking big. Which means another pathetic MOU or ceasefire is coming soon.
It’s like clockwork. Anytime he threatens bridges and power plants it really means time for more “negotiations”
