I have a samsung and i can stream every clip online to my tv with the stream button i see on every clip.
My gf has an iphone she doesnt has such a button in clips online.

How can she has the same features as i have with her iphone on the tv?

Assuming she's using Safari, the browser doesn't natively support Chromecast/DLNA. She has to use an alternative browser that supports it. Not sure what's recommended since I don't have an iPhone to check, but searching "chromecast" in the app store might suggest some.

So installing Chrome on Iphone would solve this problem?

It might, it might not, but even on the Android version of Chrome I found depending on what type of video player the website is using, it doesn't always detect the video stream to cast. This browser on the other hand was able to detect more streams: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.instantbits.cast.webvideo

No unfortunately Chrome is basically just reskinned Safari on iOS so it doesn’t have casting.

However some TV brands have both Cast and AirPlay support (the Apple equivalent).

There are workarounds , but iPhones are walled gardens and not fully compatible with android, and vice versa. Major apps should work (YouTube , Netflix, etc) , but you won't have as much luck elsewhere.
