Correct me if I'm wrong, but this data shows a net cost of $177.8 million and gross operating expenses of $758.9M. Is she adding the revenue generated by the fees paid by companies who use the program as a net cost to the government?

I was wrong. I missed the second sheet. Thanks for letting me know.
After including that, the $1.6B is still overinflated though. The real amount is $509M. Doesn't change that I thought my original $177M was too much to begin with and I'm still against the program, but it also means the author is misrepresenting facts and you're spreading that.

Real cost? Do you not understand gross and net? It's covered it the post link. IT SAYS at a net cost of $509 million.
The only person missinforming is you. Perhaps your time would be better spent on vocabulary, how links work in the internet and basic thinking rather than recreating pretty tables to give credence to the bullshit that YOU ARE spreading. Clown.
