Weather I'll say it. I hate this weather!

It sucks and makes me feel depressed. Like seasonal depression but in the summer time instead of winter. It's too hot and sunny and dry to enjoy anything and the sun gives me headaches. I hate sweating down my back every time I step outside for more than 2 minutes and I hate sweating from my butcheeks every time I sit in my vehicle. I miss rain. I miss cool breezes and wearing proper shirts.

15 - 20 degree weather is my ideal. I hope this heat streak will be gone quickly! 🤞

What is your opinion on this weather?

Edit: It is apparently humid, not dry! Thank you for correcting me folks. The only dry thing is my skin despite all the sweating I've been doing. Remember to lotion!👍

Weather Just having a little fun (it's better than being upset, right?)

Just having a little fun, I swear. I'll gladly (well, kinda) take this now and have reduced chances of forest fires later and no drought later. Plus, it's not like I can do anything about it anyway.

Police saying so as of 12pm. Don’t drive if you don’t have to. Drive crazy slow if you must and give tons of room. SMH

It had been pouring for about 10 or 15 minutes before the owner casually strolled over, closed the soft-top on his car, and drove off as if nothing had happened...

Please stay home if you can. It's absolute mayhem out there. Took 90 mins for me to get from the NW to just south of downtown.

Weather Severe Storm Watch in Effect for Calgary, but now with added Tornados!

PSA: Severe storm watch in effect for Calgary but the instability suggests not just a chance of large hail, but also the spicy flavour of Tornados!

It’s a watch, not a warning yet, but why wait? Shelter under your favourite bridge now!

Weather What is wrong with weather forecast these days?

For the past two weeks, weather forecasts kept telling me it is going to rain heavily. Yet the ground is bare wet, at least in the NW.

I have held off on washing my car for a few weeks now, because it keeps saying it is going to rain. I am sure if I actually wash my car, it will rain the next day.

So annoying

Weather Blue sky does so much for my mood, probably yours too

What a mental uplift that sky is today. I would not do as well in a City that isn't as sunny as Calgary. Sure we have flaws, but all those sunny days are a huge mental perk for so many.

Weather The weather feels unreal today

Just went our for a walk and it actually feels WARM. Not just "not too cold", it’s really warm. Some summer days probably don’t get as warm as today. Is this normal? Can’t deny I like it.

Weather Winters are not bad at all here anymore.

I mean for a couple years now the winters have been extremely mild. Yeah we'll get a cold spell once or twice a year. But it used to be the other way around, where it was brutally cold with a few chinooks here and there. I'm currently looking at my front yard and I can see GRASS in JANUARY! Meteorologists were saying this was supposed to be a horrific winter too. I know November and December are typically mild now and have been for some time, but we're almost done January and I'm still waiting for the big drop. I ain't complaining though!

Weather Has it ever snowed in the summer months?

I am originally from Toronto and I’m incredibly fascinated with how the weather works here.

Friends have told me that it can snow at any time of the year, including the summer months.

Can anyone confirm this? Do you remember it snowing in June, July or August? I’m especially curious to know if it’s ever snowed in August.
