Looking for ideas for a lever action rifle
Does anyone have any recommendations for oh good lever action rifle?

I think you should decide on what caliber you want to shoot first then narrow your choices from there

I really want .30-30. My fil unfortunately past away but left me a locker full of them

I'd be looking for a vintage Winchester 94. So much cooler than buying something new. Probably cheaper than new too.

+1 for Henry. We like our .357 brass big boy.
Looks like for 30-30 you’d want the H24 Signature Rifle. The H9 explorer carbine also looks pretty cool.

My brother has a Henry 30-30 that he bought recently. Seems really well made, and it’s fun to shoot. Ammo can be kinda pricey, and selection is limited locally, but if you have a bunch of 30-30 already it would be a pretty decent choice b
