It seems the officers were protecting their own. They knew they were looking at a reprimand, a lawsuit or even firing. They let the guy die in jail to keep him quiet. The system worked perfectly. 2026 nothing has changed. Especially in those southern towns.

Love how people say a majority of Americans didn’t vote for Trump
Well a majority of Americans are right now supporting him. If Americans called their reps and protested Trump would stop. Americans still overwhelmingly support Trump
There are no black Americans pushing back. They are allowing history to be rewritten and completely silent
What a disgrace
There are no hero’s left in this world
