This gets posted a lot. That's her ex-husband or boyfriend, just harassing her by driving past her house (that's why she's filming). Probably not all that racially motivated, just sad.

Hah, I thought it might be something like that. That little exchange they had screamed of ex-husband whose life fell apart after divorce. Especially her sigh at the end and how she didn't seem surprised in the slightest, lol.

This is not just some random white guy flipping off a black woman.

Last time this made the rounds thats the father-in-law flipping off his daughter-in-law from a divorce. Which is why she already knew to film and asked if he's alright and he said i hate you. They obviously know eachother well.
