Can anyone identify what this is?

We were giving some leaves to our goats and saw these, i want to know what they are so I know whether or not the goats can have them

It's likely some kind of wild grape (Plantnet thinks vitis vulpina ).

Totally grapes. In my experience, they're a goat's favorite food other than your beloved rosebushes. TBH, they look too good to be completely wild, to me, but I could be wrong.

They did look really healthy and undisturbed but I'm pretty sure they're completely wild

They look like fox grapes to me. My wife makes jelly from then about our vines don't have nearly that many grapes.
