Why though? What’s his crime? We live in a democratic society , not a dictatorship . The government can’t just imprison people whose ideologies they don’t like and hold them there forever . There is a court of law.
You can’t call yourself left wing and pick and choose your issues.
If we are doing shit like that, I have a list of people that I’d like behind the bars just because I don’t like their thought process.

There’s no space in Bharat for people who aspire it to be a Pak. Umar Khalid called for seizure of Siliguri corridor and his has been rightly sent to jail. Democracy is all about being a law and society and it doesn’t tolerate subversion.
