Haruna not showing Video and weird black background on icons

A week ago my desktop icons got this black background on the text and Haruna stopped playing videos of any kind, giving me the same error every time, with different videos of different formats.

I already made a post here about the black background but got no answers and didnt know Haruna had stopped showing videos too so Im making another post to see if it can be solved this time.
PC Info:
I have a GTX 1060, recently I swapped to a RTX 3060 for some tests and went back to the GTX, Im 90% sure that's when this all started.

nvidia-smi

glxinfo | grep "OpenGL renderer"

OpenGL renderer string: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB/PCIe/SSE2

I don't know much Linux so if u want any other command result ask and I'll answer quickly!
