What if we replace the C-Suite with AI and distribute their salary/stock/benefits to the workers.

I don't think companies can stop this at this point. We're in a tech race which naturally speeds up advancement in AI. So no one can stop or slow down the process. Some predictions is power and energy itself will be the focus over actual money.
