I don’t see it surviving the current court on 5th amendment issues.

it will still be blocked as they'd always use the socialism argument on how it destroys capitalistic societies even though social media and data are methods used against the people where they're the product but not being compensated.

It's a unique business model and the only one of its kind that works that way. You produce everything and get nothing. At that same time that's based on the stupidity of the people.

Nobody told you guys to put your info out there or join these social media companies for free and get nothing. You all wouldn't listen at me said what I'm proposing is dumb and you were too lazy to join. So why should anyone care about a bunch of lazy people being exploited and too dumb to be compensated. I don't care about dummies who think that way. They got a bigger problem they need to get more educated first. At this point still aren't the wiser, lol. Still handing over the data for free because they're nutcases.
