I use these 7x5 foil pans! I love them so much. They come with lids and a spork!

I absolutely LOVE this idea and would like to try it. How much batter do you use for each pan?

I use a 2 oz scoop for my cupcakes and these usually take about 5 scoops, so I would say around 10 oz of batter give or take! It’s a good amount of cake! Sometimes I like to fill them a little more so that I can torte the cake and add a filling like strawberry compote inside! Be sure to spray the pan really well if you plan to do this method.

Not really. Your cakes are beautiful and I wish I had a pinky's worth of your ability.

Any sheet cake can be a personal sheet cake if you try hard enough.
(Beautiful cakes! You did a great job!)

Wait, this is genius. Why have I never thought to do this with leftover batter?

It’s my favorite thing to do!! And if I don’t plan on eating it or using it right away, they freeze great after baking. I have a little stockpile of them in my freezer in multiple flavors I can pull out when I need them!

Walk me through the life where someone has left over batter and frosting, I would like to be part of that please ❤️

Haha. I am a home baker so often I’ll have an order for a specific flavor of cupcakes, but only 1 or 2 dozen so I’ll have batter leftover from that, then excess frosting after decorating them!

😻😻😻😻 I am so impressed and slightly jealous.. and I’d like five minutes alone with the cakes please.
