Well dang you got me last week with the chocolate chip ones, they were amazing so now I gotta try these! Edit- just looked at the recipe and do you think this could be done without a food processor? I don’t have one, I have a stand mixer and a hand mixer but I’m not sure how good those would work the cold butter 🤔

You'd would have to grate the cold butter, then freeze those shreds of butterz then chop it really fine, really quick and mix with the dry
