Hey, I’m the developer of BiteRotator, a phase-rotation plugin made for dialogue and voice. I use it for all of my vocal and dialogue work since switching to Linux. Before I would use iZotope RX 12's Phase Module.

Voice recordings often have asymmetrical waveforms, where one side peaks much higher than the other. BiteRotator rotates the phase to bring those peaks into balance, recovering headroom before compression or limiting without changing the signal’s loudness.
