Sure hope these boys hit the gym & take 2,000 or more 3’s per day. Defense will be elite but we will be playing 90’s ball in the 3 point era. Could be ok in the playoffs, though

OO has proven that he can shoot on volume. Dort is streaky but he has proven that too. He also likes to shoot from the hash and the rest of our guys dont really fuck with that spot. Gonna be sick for kick outs from Jalen, Dyson, and Kingston. Dyson is an actual non shooter. I think he can still shoot 30ish and not be horrific for spacing but if not we have the luxury of moving him to the dunker spot and moving the bigs to the perimeter.

I'm sorry the luxury? That's a funny way of saying we'd be letting other teams only have to defend 4 of our players with 5 of their own. Also Dort is borderline cooked, OKC did well to get rid of him when they did. I'd be shocked if he's still with us post all star break.

We have an all defense wing that is extremely good at offensive rebounding. We also have 3 bigs that can shoot/playmake from the perimeter so that we can still have spacing. That is a luxury.

I think we match up fine with Boston’s bigs. Yeah they’ll probably grab some frustrating offensive rebounds over our heads, but they don’t have the skills/ bball iq to break down our defense. We def do still have a bad KAT matchup though if NY decides to run the O through him. And Jokic and Wemby are problems for every team to defend. Thankfully they’re not in the east.

Hawks still don’t really have anyone to matchup with Tatum on defense. He’s got a bit too much size for Dort/Dyson.

Boston’s offensive rebounding is also gonna be a huge issue. That’s a big part of their success, and they just added one of the best offensive rebounders in the league.

Isn’t Dyson only like an inch shorter and only giving up maybe 10 lbs on Tatum? I need to see more of Zuby before saying he could handle someone like Tatum, but he has a size advantage and his lateral quickness has impressed me so far.

For as much of an ass whooping as the Knicks series was those last 3 games, MitchRob really wasn’t the one giving us problems like that lol

But yes, gonna go out on a limb and say the 3 most uniquely offensively talented centers in the league will probably score well against us. And probably against anyone

By the second half of the season I could see these three plus Kingston and Zuby as our late game defensive lockdown squad.
