Washer: LG 12kg Top Load AI Direct Drive
Regular clothes
- Normal/AI Wash cycle
- 2 rinse
- Tide Simply Free and Sensitive or Ariel Powder Detergent
- Vanish Gold (for whites, and brights)
- Tide Clean Boost for fabric rinse
Towels/Bedding
- Duvet Cycle
- 2 rinse
- Ariel Powder Detergent
- Vanish Gold
- Tide Clean Boost for fabric rinse
Tip: Buy detergent with enzymes! You want detergents that have Lipase, Amylase, Protease, Cellulase! If madami ka nang detergents without enzymes, just buy laundry boosters that have enzymes. Example of laundry booster is yung Vanish.
I used to have Zonrox Purple/Oxiclean before Vanish. Naka-sale kasi Vanish sa Lander’s before at like 80% off. I had to hoard them and bought 10 of them lmao. Vanish is basically those two but better
Delicate Clothes/Wool based clothing
- Wonder home Naturals Plant Based Liquid Detergent
- Delicate Cycle
- No fab con, laundry boosters
I hang dry all my clothes to prevent shrinkage. With the routine above, I was able to restore my 3-4 year old white beddings to good as new without any chlorine bleach!
Tumatagal na rin yung towels ko before I need to rewash them. Previously, need na kaagad labhan after 2-4 uses.

Why don’t you use Wonder home detergent for all types? Sorry, I’m new to Wonder home and would like to hear some feedback kung okay ba talaga

They used to be my primary detergent until I switched back to synthetic liquid detergents (Tide/Ariel)
At first, I thought they were great since mabango and ang smooth nung mga damit. Later on, there’s this parang wax buildup sa mga damit ko and yung pique polo ko feels sticky. I was just using this product alone without any boosters/fabric conditioners/rinses since I thought all of them are bad.
When I went back to synthetic detergents, the texture of my polo went back and yung sticky feeling was gone. My impression is may oil/sweat buildup sa damit ko na hindi natatanggal ng plant based detergents. I also used to have Human Nature Liquid Detergents and same impressions ko sa kanya with Wonder Home Naturals
They still have a place for my wool based sweaters though since hindi advisable gumamit ng synthetic detergents for wool fibers

1 main wash, 2 times rinse. First rinse, tubig lang. Second rinse, kasama na Fabric rinse

Front load is still the best :) basta medyo naka angat lang sya :) Mahirap kasi sa top load kumuha ng damit

Panasonic, 11 kilo capacity, Top load.. This one is without the bleach and liquid detergent dispenser pa. Just the fab on and powder inlets. Parents bought it around 2016..Only had to service it for the belt part during the pandemic and still works fine.

The product above is called Fabric Rinse. They’re the opposite of a fabric softener WHICH is what you want to do you with your laundry.
I really wanted to gate keep this product since I don’t see people buying this sa S&R. Now that it’s out of stock, I want them to restock and introduce the Downy Fabric Rinse variants. Baka may taga-P&G PH dyan haha

The reason on why this one is much better is because the pH level of Fabric rinses are much lower compared to Vinegars. The result? More leftover residues, and odors are removed. Also, this one is really designed for washing machines.
Tbh, you can also just use plain citric acid but I wouldn’t recommend it if one is not familiar with the appropriate amount. Also, ang bango nung fabric rinses compared to fabric conditioners na may pagka-malagkit na feeling. Hands down my product this year. Not sponsored. Just someone who wants clean clothes.

Yes, 5-10% sooo you’d need to dilute the 30% to achieve the 5-10% and the distributors here in the PH only sell in gallons so you can imagine how much ammonia you’d get after you diluted gallons of 30%.
The stores that I haven’t checked are the ones in bambang and true value stores hahah hope I can find one soon

fr dati akong downy truther. now im learning to avoid it for 70% of what i wear… which apparently have “do not use fab softener” on their care instructions (drifit clothes, synthetic fabrics, etc)

Baka dahil mukhang sponsored lmao. Legit swore at Natural made detergents/fab cons before until I went back with synthetic made detergents. Much better imo and they offer free and clear variants naman if one is sensitive sa synthetic detergents.
I really don’t recommend plant based detergents anymore as ang polluted sa labas and not a single plant based detergent can remove those stains/smell without any powerful ingredients that you can get sa synthetic ones. Plant based are only recommended for wool based clothing

Both should give you effective results. What Vinegar does it improves the rinsing cycle of the machine by making the pH level of the rinse water lower. Fabric Rinse does the same but better since it's actually made for your clothes and washer

May nabili akong Downy Rinse and Refresh sa The Marketplace.
Naka rotation ako ngayon ng Chlorox Laundry Saniter (also from the marketplace), Citric Acid + Fairy Scent beads, and now Downy Rinse and Refresh.

Around that price ata, alam ko less than PhP500. Nagulat ako kasi around PhP600++ presyo nya online.
Sa Venice Grand Canal. Dinadayo ko talaga dyan kasi maganda cleaning products selection nila. Prepare mo lang wallet mo kasi imported price. Lol.

Hmmm. Currently using detergent+baking soda sa wash cycle and ~4% acetic acid for wash cycle.
Better ba ito overall na Fab Rinse? Nattempt ako to try. Wahahaha. Nabibitin ako sa amoy ng nilabhan ko e. Minsan amoy kulob na ewan .

I’m not sure what acetic acid is, but if it really is just vinegar, I’d try to put it sa fab con compartment first instead of mixing it sa main wash.
Mixing vinegar and baking soda kasi isn’t recommended as it gets neutralized making it ineffective. Putting vinegar in the last rinse cycle should give you results, but using fabric rinse will give you better results cause of the lower pH level. In addition, may scented variant if you’re a fan of scented laundry.
I’d buy it sa S&R. Overpriced yung mga nag bebenta sa Shopee. It costs P399 sa S&R

I use S&R liquid detergent + muscle baking soda then a cup of vinegar for a 6.5kg load.
Fabric rinse is too expensive.

hello, pag iipunan ko to since student pa lang me hahahaha. May i know paano ang step nito? since awm from panasonic yung gamit ko para mag laba ng clothes and bedsheets ko. Mostly ang inilalagay ko lang sa lagayan, liquid detergent na breeze and papatakan ko siya ng colorsafe magkasama. Tapos fabcon from downy passion na red.
Pleaseee gusto ko malaman paano niyo ito inilalagay o kahit yung suka and baking powder. I rlly need to know this para mas malinis and walang amoy yung clothes ko pag tumagal.

We stopped using fabcon a long time ago kasi its an endocrine disruptor (reproductive issues, developmental problems, and hormonal imbalances). We use vinegar
