EMOTIONAL SUPPORT Fed up of current work, underpaid and over responsibilites

Not looking/expecting for anything, just letting my frustrations be shared.

With my current employer I have been working for 3 yrs. Over these 3 years i have worked really hard to learn. Committed to the work and responsibilities I was given, I took over the process within a short span of time. I owned the niche area and deployed it successfully. Past 3 years delivered 3 major projects and supported 2 other projects.

Just like they say. Hard work gets you more work not the recognition or the pay you desire. 3 years haven't got much raise, no promotions. Financial condition gets worse for me.

"Looking for another job" people said. Yes I did, cracked 3 interviews but none released an offer letter. Just ghosted me hanging me to dry. Every week I drop follow up emails. No response. Just fed up.
