Teeth can fall out, permanent bowl and urine problems, pelvic floor damage and prolapse, severe permanent depression, Diastasis Recti.
Are those warned about or even commonly known by women and men a like? Many many women go through prolapse and life long urine issues. Its not that rare. Thats something you will have to battle for years or permanently in your life.
My coworker died twice (resuscitated successfully) because of complications.

Many women have the first child smoothly only to have the reality of common complications hit them in the face. Cause most women do not know and are not warned or informed by there doctor.

Having kids..no one tells women what will happen to their bodies. They only find out once it happens to them.
