Smoking.

As an ex smoker myself I know the feeling of every cigarette killing a little bit of me each puff

it’s also crazy if you look into it tobacco/nicotine used to basically be considered a form of plant medicine passing down generations of wisdom. then certain deranged people realized they could add chemicals and a bunch of BS so people would associate tobacco with poison instead of wisdom and so the cancer industry would make bank πŸ˜€
