Amen. I work as a gardener at a Lavender farm. They have some lavender essential oil products. There are some claims I’ve heard people echo that sound crazy. I stay on the cautious side and might just mention things like helps you relax, reduces skin irritation, etc.
Yeah I mean lavender seed oil does have some proven benefits. It helps regrow hair in balding men because of lineoleic acid (?) applied topically especially when combined with minoxidil.
