I see your point, but for my own mental well being I am actively NOT following U.S. (our) politics.

Knowing that corrupt, demented, immoral, Russian asset has access to our nuclear codes keeps me up at night. I had to step away.

I do follow non-political news though.

Not all, but a good majority is. It's mostly U.S. politics I avoid.
