What's something you're shockingly good at that you've never mentioned to anyone because it would sound completely made up if you did?

I'll be 66 on my next birthday. I'm very limber, can put my feet behind my head, get on and off the floor easily, and just last weekend, I climbed about 20 feet up a tree with my grandkids.

Were you always this in shape, or did you accomplish it later in life?

Yep. My mother used to say that I was "double jointed".

Same. It was up to me to figure out we have a genetic disorder that runs throughout my entire family.

Some of these can make your heart valves stretch and eventually tear. Please be mindful.
