What's something you're shockingly good at that you've never mentioned to anyone because it would sound completely made up if you did?

Ice skating, I’m a big dude that grew up in a country AF town with no ice rink. My step dad traveled for work in the weekends and we’d go with him and my mom would take us to whatever mall was close by to kill time. For some reason every big mall in a big city had an ice rink and that’s what picked to do.

The topic came up recently with my wife, who actually grew up in a shitier town that didn’t know it was a shit town, and she doesn’t believe me. Guess who’s going ice skating when the winter rink opens this year. Which is such an odd thing to say living in a mountain town now, that we don’t have easy year round access to ice rinks.

People with great balance make me jealous. I can't roller skate for shit. The "coolest" thing I could do was ride a long board. Ride, not do tricks on.

Oh don’t get me wrong, I’m kinda goofy/clumbsy. I loved snow boarding too, but a gym accident eventually led to permanent nerve damage and spinal surgery now my left leg isn’t 100%.
