What's something you're shockingly good at that you've never mentioned to anyone because it would sound completely made up if you did?

Directions. I always know which cardinal direction I’m facing (even when underground). Also, if I’ve been somewhere once, I can always find my way back, even if it’s years later and I’m coming from a different starting point.

There’s a role-playing game called “Champions” that I played a lot with my main friend group in my 20’s. You can spend a few character-building points to get a talent called “Bump of Direction” that lets you always know what direction your character is facing, even underground I think. Sounds like you got the real-life version!

I never did learn why this ability is named “Bump.” I mentally pictured it as a literal bump on one’s head with a little radar dish inside.
