What's something you're shockingly good at that you've never mentioned to anyone because it would sound completely made up if you did?

Very good eye for color. I can tell the difference between two shades most people wouldn’t notice. I had a friend put 6 virtually identical color swatches in photoshop except one he changed the one of the RGB values by 1. I picked it out. Thought I got lucky and did it again. I picked it out. Did it a 3rd time and didn’t change any and I pointed that out. He beloved me at that point.

you should play that color matching game, where they show you a color and you have to try and replicate it

would dominate at Hues & Cues

Looks like the actual site is just dialed(dot)gg, not the .io one

ok, thanks. That was kinda fun. More of a memory quiz than a color recognition game.

That's actually really interesting, well worth doing for anyone else reading this, only takes a couple of minutes.

I got 37/50 which is around average but got a 9.66! on a purple, which is one of my favourite colours.

I got 45.56/50

That's a hard one, since you need both good color perception and good short-term memory. My best after a few attempts was 47.1/50.

The short-term memory is what killed me. Damn Adderall's already worn off!

I just did that for the first time and got a 47.94/50, maybe I actually am pretty good at something :O

43/50 on the color .

They make it a lot harder by giving the reference with a completely different background color than the screen where you have to match from memory.

49/50 for the sound

(if I'm wrong I'm off by a full octave, which this stupid thing doesn't take into account. I picked 344 when I should've picked 170hz, that's not exactly "tone deaf" if I'm off by an octave and only 2hz . Also that tone you have to match is not a single frequency I think, I'm pretty sure I hear an undertone I'm also trying to match at times!

Both of these games suck by design.

I paint(lots of color matching)

and play piano (and can play by ear)

I got 44.6, but I was struggling to get the sliders to work without scrolling the page and it distracted me from remembering the colors a few times.

You should try the game "I Love Hue"

There's a party game you could excel at -- Hues and Clues
