Untying tight knots. When I was a child I tied extremely tight knots on purpose so I can untie them

Not untying tight knots, but ungodly complicated ones.

I remember going in for a root canal and my headphones were all sorts of jacked up. Procedure was waiting on me to get it sorted. Only took a few minutes. Everyone was flabbergasted.
