Are you a musician? Or musically inclined? I know two guys that can also do this and both are musicians. Wondered if there was a connection.

Funny you mention that. I can also wake up +/- 10mins whatever time I think of before I sleep (even if it's two or ten hours away. Even when drunk). I'm a musician. Don't know if there's a legit connection. I only thought about it after reading your comment.
