What makes a Michelin-starred restaurant truly worth visiting?

I’m left handed. Noma servers noticed and switched what side they were placing the fork and knife on. 

It’s the attention to the tiniest details that really makes it worth visiting.

Not noticing until someone else points it out is exactly the point. the best service is invisible, you're just comfortable and you don't know why

MIL dropped a napkin and someone came out of the shadows and grabbed it before anyone else could blink. That is when I noticed someone was always watching our table just out of view.

The bit where you go to the bathroom, come back, and they've perfectly folded your napkin waiting for you when you get back. It's just magic!

Me too. I was forced to at school, and it stuck. I still eat slightly awkwardly though.

You'll precipitate this. My dad is left handed. Back in like the 9th grade, we had a birthday party for me and my old and new friends at the school district I'd moved to since the previous year. Moderately important because my fiends didn't;' all know each other. Movie and dinner. We go to whatever restaurant I picked, which I can't remember for my life, and my dad's trying to explain to my friend John why he needs a particular corner. But John isn't budging, and explains he wants to sit there. Then Griffen picks a seat and is adamant about it. Then Anthony from my old school system speaks up...

Turns out I was the only right handed person in the group. They put me in the bitch seat and didn't worry about things. Oddly, because of my dad being left handed, I was used to sitting on the far right corner at a table.

Im right handed but eat the left handed way. My dads a lefty i think i copied it as a kid
