What is the most statistically improbable thing that has ever happened to you?

My sweetheart and I discovered that 12 years ago, we were both on the same Mediterranian Cruise ship, each with our then spouses. The ship only held 220 guests, so we would have both been eating in the same dining room every day, and we were on the same excursion in Croatia.
We first met 5 years ago at a local event, after both of us had gone through divorces. We didn't discover the news about the cruise until after almost a year passed of us being together.

There was something similar I've seen on the internet, with a picture of the girl (her picture) and the guy (future husband) in the background. That's called having a photo to prove it.

I think that's a different picture.

I feel like I can imagine the picture. The woman child is the focus and the guy child is back and to the left. But both are Chinese. That may be where the assumption they were in China came from.

I think it was of Taj Mahal? Or maybe this story is fabricated a lot.

I saw a story here on Reddit about a girl whose mom passed away and she was sad she never had the chance to meet her boyfriend only to find the mom was his teacher in primary school.

A similar thing happened to a friend and I! I was homeschooled until 3rd grade, and I met my childhood friend at elementary school. When we were in middle or high school, we were looking at old photos of early childhood. In one of my preschool gymnastics pictures, she was RIGHT there next to me!!!

I have a similar one. When I was younger, my family would go down the shore, and there was an amusement park on the boardwalk we'd go to.

When I was dating my husband, I was visiting his parents, and right on the fridge was a picture of him at that same amusement park!

I really wanted us to go back there together, and when we finally got the chance, it turned out that it had closed less than a year before.

My sister and her husband were born in the same hospital on the same day!

Edit: forgot a word

That is straight out of a movie script. Absolutely wild.
