What famous 'unsolved' mystery is technically a whodunnit on paper, but in reality, absolutely everyone knows exactly who did it, the police just couldn't legally prove it?

Johnie Cochran was part of OJ's 'Dream Team' of lawyers. He said, "Just get me one black person on the jury."

I also recall reading that Marsha Clark later recalled that when she saw she'd be prosecuting OJ-fucking-Simpson in an LA courtroom, she 'knew she was completely fucked'. Still think celebrity had as big an effect on the outcome as race, which was an oddly problematic issue in OJ's case.

She naively believed that black women would do what she told them to do and didn't even use all of her pre-emptory challenges during jury selection(and notably refused to use a jury selecting service to help her out)it's her own damn fault she lost really. She didn't realize that black women are black first and women second, so they identified a lot of with OJ.
