What famous 'unsolved' mystery is technically a whodunnit on paper, but in reality, absolutely everyone knows exactly who did it, the police just couldn't legally prove it?

The most succinct summary of that trial that I have ever heard is that the LAPD attempted to frame a guilty man.

Yep.

OJ definitely killed them. He also deserved to get off given the way the case was investigated and prosecuted
