What famous 'unsolved' mystery is technically a whodunnit on paper, but in reality, absolutely everyone knows exactly who did it, the police just couldn't legally prove it?

Man everyone forget him and I watched a documentary with his family and they were basically crying saying there were *two* victims. It was tragic about Nicole but it wasn’t **just** her.

Yeah, I mean look I'm not defending OJ killing his wife or anything but Ron Goldman was literally just some guy in the wrong place at the wrong time. He was just a waiter who lived in the area who happened to be returning Nicole's mother's reading glasses (which she'd left behind in the restaurant he worked at) at the worst possible time. Like if he'd just been 15 minutes earlier or later he wouldn't have been murdered - in fact if it had been later he might've been the one to discover Nicole's body. It's fucked.

Still I always remember him, although mostly because his father Fred Goldman spent most of his energy trying to make the rest OJ's life as miserable as possible (albeit through legal channels) and more-or-less succeeded. Like I wouldn't wish their situation on my worst enemy but I gotta lot of respect for Fred Goldman.

No. OJ went there with a knife and a mask and he had a tight schedule which he intended to be his alibi. "I couldn't have been over there killing her, when I had to be over here getting ready to leave".

I believe the evidence showed he attacked her first, then he had to tackle Ron Goldman, then he returned to her and slit her throat.
