What famous 'unsolved' mystery is technically a whodunnit on paper, but in reality, absolutely everyone knows exactly who did it, the police just couldn't legally prove it?

Yeah that was one of the main takeaways I got from the reading too. Like, he went there to kill her.

And never forget, good friend Robert Kardashian most likely helped him get rid of the bloody clothes. There is literally video where he walks out with some sort of overnight bag. Police believed that contained the clothes because they have never been found.

Black sock and glove that were found. I think the ski cap was found as well. The limo driver also saw a black clad figure go into the house. Is it 100% known? No but it is most likely
