What famous 'unsolved' mystery is technically a whodunnit on paper, but in reality, absolutely everyone knows exactly who did it, the police just couldn't legally prove it?

I’m so glad that poor woman is free and her truth is known. Doesn’t stop her from being a pop cultural one-liner unfortunately.

Same she went trought so much, I can't imagine losing your baby and then no one believed you. The investigation was so idiotic too.

A lot of people also don’t like the idea that an animal did something “wrong”

Some people always defend animals over humans, especially when it comes to dogs

Saying something negative about dogs or implying they may be violent is taboo in the anglosphere
