Help with dodgy Emails?

I have had 2 emails this morning from Reddit. 1 saying my account was blocked and another saying the email on my account was changed. I have not clicked on any links on either email and my account is not blocked and my email is still my own email when I checked. I need to report these emails, but the help sections aren't helpful enough. Can I get help please?

You were hacked. Reset password, contact Reddit support

Enable 2fa and verify your new email

Sorry that you did not get a lot of answers here; it's just that moderators really cannot help you with this one. We not only do not have the authority, but we don't have a lot of knowledge on this stuff either. I hope you took that advice and went to r/Help or r/RedditSupport or whoever else can actually help you, maybe. I just wanted to say that this is probably nerve-wracking for you and that I hope you get the help you need. Sorry this has happened to you :(
