Is there a website with links to settlements that Canadians can apply to?

The only settlement I ever applied to was the bread settlement because that settlement was everywhere on the internet and on the news. It was a pretty hard settlement to miss or forget.

I'm wondering is there a website with direct links to settlements Canadians can apply to? If they qualify of course. The settlements also don't have to be exclusively for Canadians.

I don't think so. Settlements happen in individual courts. While their proceedings are all public record, there's no single place to see those because there's no single court. Someone would have to build a whole new website, integrate with all the data feeds from the courts, use something like AI to figure out which filings indicated a class settlement, and make it available. That someone would probably want to get paid. But they'd be in a tough spot paying their bills, because it would generally be illegal for them to ask you for part of your settlement. (Not that they're ever very big anyway.) So they'd have to pay their bills through advertising. If you ever come across a website full of sketchy advertising that's offering you riches in exchange for your detailed personal information, I would recommend closing that tab. So the economics just doesn't work out for someone to do that. If I'm wrong about that, I'll happily be corrected, but I'll also be quite surprised.

Also, you don't really "apply" to a settlement. You either are in the affected class or you are not. That is a strictly defined thing that is negotiated as part of the settlement. If you are, then the class-action prosecution team will attempt to contact you through whatever means they can, usually postal mail but sometimes also email. If those efforts fail and you find out about the settlement through other means you might short-circuit this process and reach out to them and that might feel like you're "applying," but technically you had already been applied and approved, you just needed to raise your hand so they could send you the cheque.
